Plan your Trip

Being the patient’s health our main concern, please see Meditar’s Standard Procedure Guidelines below in order for you to be aware of the time frames associated with the treatment of different conditions of varying degrees of severity and recovering time.

Cardiovascular Treatment – Cardiac Catheterization Procedure

The patient arrives at Ezeiza International Airport with a diagnosis or symptoms of angina pectoris, and a prescription of cardiac catheterization procedure for angina diagnosis and/or treatment.
Day 2

Submission of Medical Record and Tests

The patient goes to the selected site where these tests are reviewed. Ancillary testing is requested and carried out as needed.

The patient is summoned and fully informed, and the procedure is planned.
Day 5

Procedure Day

Orthopedics – Total Hip Replacement

The patient will previously send a summary of the medical record (MR) and overall state of health to evaluate the possibility of undergoing a third or fourth-level surgery. The appropriate implants are selected, so that, upon arrival in Argentina, the patient is filled in on the surgical procedure to be performed and signs the informed consent.

Day 7

Discharge

If progress is good, the patient is discharged returning home/to the hotel, and being followed up until going back to their home country.

In Vitro Fertilization – Assisted Reproduction

This treatment approach requires that ovulation induction is started by the couple in their home country.
